Development Concepts can develop customized training materials to fit almost any need.  We can create materials for a short, single topic or an entire curriculum, including U.S. Department of Labor approved apprentice programs.

Our approach to training is that the more an individual knows about the fundamental nature of the equipment, processes or systems they are responsible for, the better able that individual will be in successfully solving not only routine tasks but the myriad new situations that occur.

This fundamental nature should be reflected in three areas:

• The underlying theory--why things work the way they do;

• Practical applications--why tasks are done a certain way;

• Troubleshooting or problem-solving--why decisions are made.

Including all three areas in a customized training curriculum will result in trained employees who are better able to solve the challenges they face.
