To establish qualification for a position among internal candidates;

To determine individual or group training needs by assessing knowledge/skill areas of strength and weakness.
Our assessments for these applications range from standard tests with no customization (“off-the-shelf”) to assessments with some customized questions to customized EEOC-compliant content-validated assessments. We match the approach to the client’s specific needs.
These assessments can be administered as paper/pencil tests or they can be administered online.
